We will fax or e-mail artwork for your approval
of all jobs at no charge. We produce art and copy changes at
$75(G) per hour. A $25(G) minimum charge applies if artwork is not camera ready.
Any art not conforming to our standards and requiring any art design/re-creation will be subject to a charge of $75(G)
per hour which will be evaluated and quoted by the Art Department
at the time of art inspection. For copy changes add $25(G) per
copy change.

Artwork is acceptable in PC formats of EPS, PDF, TIFF,
AI v9, or CDR v10. Files must be compatible with Adobe Illustrator
9 or Corel Draw 10. Artwork must be at least 600 DPI,
if not in Vector format. Please call for specifications.
A PMS color match charge of $25(G) will apply for
any non-standard colors requested. We will strive to match the
color as close as possible, however, from batch to batch, the dyes will
vary slightly. The best matches will be achieved when printing
on a white product. When matching softee plastic material only
a close color match is possible. Ink changes within an order
add $25(G) per color change.
All colors vary with the printing process (i.e.
Screen printing, pad printing), the color of the material being
printed on, as well as
the type of surface (shiny or matte finish). Our standard colors
are: Orange 021, Red 032, Warm Red, Rubine Red Pink 196,
Process Magenta, Violet, Purple, Royal Blue, Reflex Blue, Blue
072, Process Cyan, Green, Process Yellow, Yellow 012,
Cool Grey 5, Cool Grey 11, Process Black

Our experienced staff will 'Red Flag' any problems that may
occur on certain variable requests, especially color application on leather
materials and we will provide a sample of the best results for your approval prior to production.

Charge $60(G) for under 2,500 units and $120(G) for over 2,500
units. All rush services are based on production availability and MUST
be confirmed with the plant before this service is approved.

To ensure absolute satisfaction, indicate when you want the
product, as well as, the date and location of the event.
Custom Dies &
Preproduction
Die charge for Softee and Leather products at $150(G)
each. Magnets and Air Fresheners at $200(G) each. Price varies
with complexity of shape. Runs over 10,000 pieces subject to
quotation. Pre-production sample please contact us and custom
die charge (if applicable). All custom molds and dies created
become our property. All molds will be held for approximately
two years after the delivery of the order.
If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple
locations, there is a drop shipment fee of $15(G) per location.
Prices quoted are F.O.B. our plant and are subject to all applicable
taxes. If you wish to use a specific courier, please include
the applicable courier account number, as well as, the desired
method. If a specific shipping method has not been requested,
we will select the most appropriate shipping method, based on
weight, destination, and time available. Shipments will not
be insured unless advised otherwise. We accept no responsibility
for damage, loss, or late shipments once goods have left our
plant. Shipping is FOB our plant in Toronto, ON CANADA, shipping
is not included in price.
Initial order requires 50% deposit, balance due
on shipment of goods. All credit terms (OAC) are Net 30 days.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled. Cancelled orders will be billed as work
in progress plus a $120(G) fee. Please note that any over/under
runs will be charged/credited to a maximum of 5% of your order.
Trademarks/Copyrights/Registered
Logos We assume no responsibility for legal infringements
and assume that the customer has secured the permission of the
holder of any trademarks, copyrights or registration marks for
products produced by our company. The customer agrees to
assume any liability resulting from patent or copyright infringement.
The products you have seen in this catalog appear only to illustrate
the shape and appearance in order to assist you in creating your
own sale. We will not reproduce an exact item purchased previously
by another customer without authorization. Your purchase order
and artwork are our work order.
Your invoice will be prepared immediately upon
shipment and will be faxed to you within 24 hours after the
courier leaves. We will supply tracking numbers on request; it is your responsibility
to trace and track. We assume no responsibility for
lost shipments. All claims for delayed delivery must be filed
with transport courier only.
Are available for all products and will effect
lead times. Allow for partial shipping costs. Our factory will
do our best to give you end date completion.
Minimum quantities are stated in the price list.
For less than minimum inquiries, please contact our customer
service department.
All claims must be submitted in writing within
10 days of receipt of goods. No returned merchandise will be
accepted without prior authorization issued by the factory. We reserve the right to
provide credit for future orders on credit notes given

on specific product lines that will reflect lower prices. These
promotions will be for specific periods. After expired date, specials will not be honored.
All catalog pricing is suggested. You may, as distributor, lower
or increase as the market bears. We must receive our net price.
